Great location! 1 block off the main drag. 5 min from the downtown area, close to college campus.Room was very clean and safe. Great air quality for someone with allergies and asthma. The staff was sincerely top notch, friendly, helpful, kind, and quick to respond. It was quiet even though state hockey teams were in the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!
Front desk was super kind; my room was pristine, and the jacuzzi tub was the perfect way to end a long day. Bed was firm and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised with this location. Would stay again.
There was a small issue with my room. Staff gave me an option for another room which was also an upgrade. The other room was to my complete satisfaction. Staff was very accommodating to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my room. I would definitely stay there again.
Extremely nice people took care of us the whole entire time we stood there rooms was very nice very clean. Staff was great even fit warm cookies at night. Breakfast was pretty good all around a good stay. Will definitely stay there again.
We got in around midnight. The night shift staff was delightful. Out room was super clean and we slept well!
It was a great location & very clean, warm rooms & friendly front desk. Provided us a snack bag, which was a nice surprise. And the breakfast was really good, except I wish for on the wknds, they adjusted their hours from 7-10am like most hotels do, instead of keeping the same hrs for the wk, which was 6-9am. So no sleeping in a little for us. Other than that, good hotel.
The room was very clean, soaps and towels, etc. were full and clean, the girl at the front desk was very friendly upon check in. The house keepers were friendly when we saw them in the hallways and asked if we needed anything. We stayed in the suite and the jacuzzi was amazing! My husband and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definitely stay again and refer other guests to your hotel.
On a weekend trip to see fall foliage my wife and I booked a stay here and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The property was clean and updated. Our room was very nice (I'm still not used to the half size pillows), clean and updated as well. But what stood out to us, was how genuinely nice and helpful all the staff was. The people are a real asset to this property.
